EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

We have extended our returns policy for the holidays! All orders placed between Nov. 1 and December 31 will be eligible for returns and exchanges through January 31st to accommodate items being purchased as gifts to be given later.

 Return/Exchange policy: Legends offers FREE returns and exchanges within 30 days of ordering,  if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original Legends packing slip.

Starting your return or exchange: Click here and follow the directions on the screen, once you’ve completed the exchange/return process you’ll receive a return label to ship back your Legends gear. 

Exchanges: Your selected exchange items will be shipped to you once we receive notification that your return package is on the way to us.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment form once your returned items arrive at our warehouse and are inspected. It can take an additional 3-5 days for your refund to post after we process it depending on your financial institution.

Fine print:
Damaged items due to washing, wearing and/or user error such as rips, snags, drawstring issues, etc is NOT covered under warranty.

Defective items such as arrives with blemish, defect in seams, holes, noticeable issues MUST be reported to us (help@thelegendsbrand.com) with a picture of the issue within 24 hours of the package being delivered. This is a STRICT policy - any defects reported after this date will not be approved.

All sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

FAQ:

What if I was on vacation and didn’t have time to return within 30 days?
We do not accept returns if the order is older than 30 days.

What if my item is damaged and I wasn’t home to report it within 24 hours of it being delivered?

What if you are out of my size and I need to do an exchange?
We do apologize. You can sign up to be notified when the product will be available again. In the meantime, you can request a refund rather than an exchange at this time.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Once the product has arrived in our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be issued. Once the refund has been issued, it will appear back to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days depending on the payment method.

How long does it take to get approved for my return/exchange? Generally, you will have a response right away. If not, please allow up to 24 hours. DO NOT submit multiple requests, this will delay your process. Return shipping labels may take up to 24 hours to be sent to you depending on the carrier. Please be patient.

Provided shipping labels expire within 3 days and after they expire. Once the label has expired the customer is then responsible for return shipping charges.
